The prices refer to a rental for 2 people, as the holiday apartment is designed for 2 guests.
An additional 2 people can be accommodated on the sofa bed, which can be separated by a curtain if needed.
A baby/child travel cot can be provided free of charge.
Check-in: from 4:00 pm
Check-out: until 10:00 am
Different check-in and check-out times may be possible upon request and depending on availability.
The rental price includes:
- Bed linen (1 set per 2 weeks)
- Towels (1 set per week per person: 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 washcloths)
- Final cleaning
For sauna use, you will additionally receive per person:
- 2 large sauna towels, 2 hand towels, 1 bathrobe and 1 hammam towel

* 60 kWh electricity consumption (approx. 6 hours of sauna use) is included per started booking week.
Any additional kWh will be charged based on consumption:
€0.35 per kWh (≈ €3 per hour)
Final cleaning:
Final cleaning is included in the total price.

– 10% early bird discount (booking up to 90 days before arrival)
– Families (max. 4 persons) receive 10% discount on the rental price
– 20% discount if you do not wish to use the sauna (advance notice required; the sauna will be locked)
– Returning guests receive:
from 2nd stay: 5% discount
from 3rd stay: 10% discount
from 4th stay: 20% discount
from 5th stay: 30% discount

Additional services:
– Electric car charging (11 kW, 16A Type 2 / CEE socket): €0.45 per kWh
– E-bike charging: €1 per charge

– Tumble dryer use: €4 per load
